Deliveries

Zawar USA offers its customers several methods of receiving products purchased in our Online Store via UPS. 

 

Payment methods

When completing the purchase, the customer can choose the payment methods currently listed for use through Shopify and PayPal. 

 

Products

Unless otherwise stated, prices always correspond to one unit. Product images are illustrative and may vary. In case of zero stock, Zawar does not guarantee that the selection of the product will be maintained, however, shipping will only be carried out after the customer is informed and agrees to keep the order.

 

Return of Merchandise:

For potential product returns, we ask that the following conditions be observed:

  • The merchandise must be returned via UPS, to the address shown on the purchase invoice.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
  • The product must be returned accompanied by the original provided copy of the Purchase Invoice for tracking purposes.
  • The product can not show any evidence of use.

ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return, and will automatically be sent back to the address of origin. Under these conditions, Zawar will reserve the right to charge new shipping costs.

 

Refund of Values:

For any refunds, we ask that you observe the following deadlines:

  • 30 day return policy
  • Credit card: Refunds may occur on up to 2 subsequent invoices.
  • Credit to current account within 10 business days.

ATTENTION: The refund of amounts will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the condition of the product(s) by Zawar USA (the product must not show any signs of use). NOTE: Any intention to cancel must be communicated to Zawar USA in a formal and written manner (e-mail). Otherwise applications will not be accepted. 

Guarantees

Product warranties always operate in accordance with the conditions established by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover:

  • The cost of transporting damaged material.
  • Damage caused by improper or abusive use.
  • Damage caused by transport outside the original packaging.
  • Damage caused by poor product protection.
  • Products opened by entities outside Zawar USA.
  • Products that have undergone repair attempts, or even repairs, outside of our assistance services.

Once accepted, the object in question will be sent to our assistance service.

Disclaimer

In no event shall ZAWAR or ZAWAR USA be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever (to humans or dogs) arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products. 

 

ZAWAR USA reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which their products are offered. By completing a purchase through ZAWAR USA, the customer acknowledges and accepts all Terms of Service, Return Policies, and applicable conditions outlined on this website. Acceptance of these terms at the time of purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and ZAWAR USA, intended to protect the rights and obligations of both parties.

Use Limitation

You may not modify, copy or reproduce any products from ZAWAR or ZAWAR USA. Each product has been designed to aid training methods as outlined in their description. These products are not intended to be modified in any way due to the risk of injury.
